In the Spotlight: Cola Blanca Slow Bar

Cola blanca slow bar brings a refreshing new energy to Nosara’s creative community.

Opened in late November, this beautifully curated space is the brainchild of Mariana and Jaime, founders of Cola blanca studio and visionaries behind this unique concept. Part coffee/wine slow bar, part gallery, part design studio.

The space is thoughtfully designed, with natural light streaming in and artistic details creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Stop by for a quick coffee break or settle in for a change of scenery. And if you’re lucky, you might even meet Lua, their charming little dog, who’s often around to welcome visitors.

Beyond serving delicious coffee and pastries, Cola blanca slow bar also hosts monthly events, making it a refreshing addition to the community.
