Nosara’s coffee scene has beautifully evolved over the past few years bringing in very talented baristas and roasters. With an increasingly sophisticated offer in terms of coffee varieties, processes, and creative recipes we felt the need to share more information about our favorite caffeine dealers in town:
Rolling Waves in North Guiones · Vibe: beachy, good music, no shoes, big smiles · Highlight: pretty much anything on the menu but we particularly love their cold brew and they also serve a *killer* flat white.
Olo Alaia in Central Guiones · Vibe: “surf & brew” this one is located inside the nicest surf shop in town. The vibe is cool, relaxed & quiet · Highlights: cold brew and V60 drip coffee (they also serve great craft beer)
El Jardín in North Guiones · Vibe: school bus turned into coffee shop kinda vibe… literally · Highlights: great iced lattes and you MUST try their homemade pastries.
