Cancellation & Refund Policy For Tours and Services: If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your tour or service, Vacation Nosara will issue a full refund provided your cancelation is 10 days prior to the reservation date. If cancelation is less than 10 days prior to your scheduled trip, your deposit will be credited to your next tour/service which expires one year from date of cancellation.
Reschedule Policy: Guest may reschedule their tour/service without penalty if completed 10 days prior to reservation date. Rescheduling can be completed through the initial confirmation email sent after booking was completed or through your user account (if created). If guest needs to reschedule within 10 days of the reservation date there will be a rebooking fee of 25%, of overall booking total, added to the reservation.
Inclement Weather: Guests will be notified 24-48 hours prior to their tour/service in case their session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather. If guest is not able to reschedule and must cancel, they will receive 100% refund. Inclement weather includes conditions where Vacation Nosara deems it is no longer safe to be outdoors. Rain is not necessarily considered inclement weather unless it causes unsafe conditions.
